DragonLast, Vol.1 (English Edition)

In the dawn of all things, when time itself had yet to find its rhythm, the world was shaped from the body of a dying god — the Primal Beast.

From its bones rose the jagged mountains. Its flesh became the soil, rich and fertile. Its blood spilled into rivers and lakes. Its breath turned to wind. And from the fire of its soul, life took root.

From this sacred beginning came the Primordials, beings of immense magic and might — what we now call Dragons. They ruled the newborn world as gods, their voices shaping storms, their wings casting shadows over continents.

At first, they governed with wisdom, and the world flourished under their watchful gaze. But power breeds hunger. Pride gave way to envy. Greed to war.

The Dragons turned on one another in a terrible struggle for dominance — a war that scorched the skies and shattered the lands, leaving ash where beauty once stood.

And yet… from the ruins of their glory, something new emerged. A fragile race. Small in stature. But burning with will. Mankind.
